Fantastic service

Toronto

I had my garage door replaced and the service was beyond amazing. While the door did take a while to order (pretty much everything these days). They installed it as soon as they received it. They took the time to explain how to solve my issue (previous repair did not and it didn’t last)

There was no attempt to upsell or persuade me to do anything that wasn't what I required. The install was seamless and done in a timely manner. Very pleased with the whole process.

Garage door service call and track alignment

Had a wonderful visit from Monte today. Friendly and professional and prompt. The guy knows his stuff. Within seconds he knew what was causing my binding issues on my one door. My one track was grossly out of alignment and he was able to bring it back on the same visit. He lubricated both my doors and ensured they were running like butter again. He also noticed my weather stripping was off in the corner and repaired it promptly on the same visit. Superb work today and I’m super happy with the service/support. Worth every penny.

Garage door repair

Our garage door cable snapped yesterday, leaving it inoperable. I went onto the Homestars website and filled out the request form. Within five minutes I had a call from Amana Garage Doors, with an appointment for this morning. Monte arrived promptly, fixed the problem and inspected the other door. Very efficient and professional. I would recommend this company.

Garage door opener replacement

Needed garage door opener wasn’t working and needed a replacement. Response from Amana Garage Door Service was same day (within hours). Called them and they provided a quote for installation and discussed option for garage door opener. Very informative. When he came to replace the opener he said that there was no issue with the old one. I didn’t realize I had “locked out” the garage door from being able to use the clicker. I wanted it changed anyway because it was from 1999. Very considerate to let me know I didn’t have to. Did an amazing job, brought the product with him, quick installation, cleaned up the space when done and took the old one away for disposal.

One week and installed!

My garage door crashed down on a Sunday. I reached Amana right away, They came in Monday, quoted, beat competitive quotes greatly, installed the next Monday! And super door! I have to give credit to the installers; very polite and informative on garage door systems and safety features. I would definitely recommend this team. Thanks Ronny!
