Water leak was not repaired and company would not respond
Quality Age Build contracted to repair a basement water leak by waterproofing from the exterior of my house. After the job the basement leaked with the first heavy rain. After I complained to Yuri and Cameron and both promised to get back to me, they refused to answer my calls. I have left numerous messages to no avail. While doing the job I questioned the workers about the fact that the excavation was not 8 feet deep (as the contract specified), the waterproofing membrane was in multiple pieces, rather than a continuous piece, the wall was not cleaned before application of the liquid membrane and our property was not protected during the job. The mess they made of the grass took a month to recover. They finished in a couple of hours, rather than the 1 1/2 days I was told the job would take and they told me that they did not find any cracks. All together this was a slap dash job by a very unscrupulous contractor.

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the job.
I would like to clarify a few things for yourself and others that may want to use us.Your project was done in August and we only hear about issues with the leak at the end of October.
We have answered your calls and told you that we'll need to come to reassess the issue and fix it if this leak was related to our job; however, you just wanted your money back and did want us to come at all. Please note that we keep a detailed customer profile of every customer that includes pictures and videos of every step of the job. The crack was excavated 8 feet down and back filled nicely. Waterproofing is a dirty job and we do our best to leave the place clean.This is our first negative review and it motivates our team to work even harder to satisfy our customers need 100%.
