I live in a semi downtown with street parking. My project was to underpin my basement, rebuild a walkout staircase from the basement, and replace the walkway beside my house. This was daunting. The main concern I had was that I didn't want my new porch ripped open to access the conveyor belt. As the walkway on the side of the house is only 41 " wide, VMB was presented some specific logistical problems from the get go.
Dimitri, Ariel and his team however, took care of everything. They established a productive work site and worked hard and quickly in the August heat to minimize the impact of this major project in a tight space. They kept me aware of the schedule with an app that was updated daily. Inspections were seamless with the production schedule, and most importantly, they listened when issues arose. And when the arose, they reacted immediately to solve the problems. As a homeowner anxious about proceeding with major construction, you can't ask for a better process.
