I was very pleased with Fabian's work on replacing some damaged ceramic tiles in my bathroom.

I am an artist and have something like perfect pitch, only for the eye. I call it visual acuity. Anything that is supposed to be level and is off level is LOUD and REALLY irritating to me. As in I can't unsee it or ignore it. So, I needed a company that was not only precise, but actually caring enough to ensure they delivered a really sharp, really visually accurate job. I received quotes from other contractors whose pricing for this job were several thousands of dollars more. Fabian and Paul were fairly priced, excellent in spirit and took the time (sprinkling our interaction with joy and humour) to make sure I was happy with their job. I kept checking in with them intermittently to learn and note their progress. Each stage was interesting to me and it was obvious they were long time pros at tiling. I appreciated the added time they offered to explain things to me. They cleaned up the space after they were finished as well. I finalized the project with silicone in the corners as they recommended and did a final coat of sealer on the marble in the kitchenette. Love how everything turned out.

The work done by Fabian and his crew was outstanding. Moreover, the tile underlayment (drypack) was installed perfectly along with the tile installation. Most importantly, my clients were extremely pleased with the final finish. As well as that, my kitchen contractor was equally amazed at how level the floors were when he installed the base cabinets.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Fabian of Precise Tile! I was so nervous choosing a tiler because you only get one shot at getting the waterproofing and installation right. While interviewing multiple tilers, it was very clear that Fabian was the most experienced. He also took much of his time, prior to job start, to answer any questions and explain the process. This gave me a lot of confidence in him and definitely erased my worries about choosing the right contractor for the job.

As you can see from the pictures, the work turned out beautifully! Fabian takes a lot of pride in his work, has the experience to know how to get the job done right and is a real pleasure to communicate and work with.
