Darryl responded to my quote request promptly and dropped by to see the wall and floor damage. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He has extensive experience with water damage and related issues and explained what should be done very clearly and answered all of my questions. They were careful when bringing in tools and repair materials and cleaned up thoroughly leaving my home exactly as it was when they started the work. We had a unique problem to solve to be able to install our range hood. The hole that needed to be drilled for the exhaust pipe was 8 inches (not the standard 6) and had to go out through the old wood burning fireplace chimney.
