Finished Basement with city permit.
Hired Cozy Casa Constructions to finish our basement. Billy and his team did a marvelous job including getting the architectural drawings and getting the basement work passed by the city.
They were always on time and got the job done within the time frame of 4 weeks including the inspections.
Billy himself is very knowledgeable and his guys are real professionals.
