I had a lot of water noises from the toilets and fridge. Drain King's communication and customer service is great, very professional. The service technician was a really nice guy. The reason for the poor review is that the initial 15 min estimate is free and then a full review to analyze the problem is $250 plus tax. Unfortunately, the technician nor his supervisor had seen this problem before and were really unable to help. The technician did not even bring a water pressure monitor. I did some research and the problem seemed to be related to air in the system. Following the recommendations online I fixed the problem. myself. They do not seem to have the experience.

Once the technician was on-site he determined an investigation was needed to try and find the source of the issue. This investigation and its cost was approved by you prior to beginning the investigation. It is not always guaranteed that the issue will be found when the investigation is concluded, but our technicians do their best and are highly skilled. An investigation is considered a service so there is a charge for it. Based on the information you had provided it was evident that your issue may have been caused by the construction of new homes in the area. We do apologize that we were not able to find the exact source and solve your issue, but we are pleased to hear that you were able to resolve the issue.
