Drain King Plumbers

I had issues with my toilet and Drain King sent a plumber on the same evening to have a look at it. They were professional, even sending a photo of the plumber before he arrived so I knew who to expect. I would highly recommend using Drain King.

Second time I have had an issue with the plumbing in the past 2 years, and both times Drain King Plumbers delivered top notch service. Not only a quick response, they were efficient, and did and excellent job, and to top it off very courteous and respectful. While I hope not to have any plumbing issues again, if I do these folks will be my first option.

Excellent service from the time of booking until resolution. Very professional, explaining what would need to be done, affordable cost and follow up. My problem was a clogged kitchen sink.

Last night I put out a request through Home Stars regarding the shut-off valves iny basement and the removal of 22 year old garden hose in my garage. The customer service rep responded through Home Stars and then contacted me via cell phone.
The technician Michael arrived within 20 minutes after receiving a phone call from Kathleen. He was polite and professional and did answer all of my questions. I was not charged for the inspection. He successfully removed the old garden hose and added a high quality bib to the tap. He explained what he was going to do and then showed me the completed work for my final inspection. The charge was quite reasonable for the replacement bib and his labour. I appreciated the fact that Michael did inform me that the shut off valve to my outdoor tap may need to be replaced in the next couple of years. He told me that he was going to send me information regarding the cost of the new part. In conclusion, I did like the fact that the customer representative Kathleen was quick to respond to my phone calls and concerns about the job. I would recommend Drain King Plumbers to do any type of plumbing job you may require for a reasonable charge. Good customer service is very hard to find these days. I got a call from my tenants about an issue with the toilet in their unit. It was the only one they have. Luckily, the receptionist at Drain King got us an appointment the same day, and a new toilet was supplied & installed within a few hours. The price was reasonable, it came with a warranty, the customer service was exceptional, and my tenants are happy with the toilet. Very good first experience and will be using them for any of my future plumbing needs. Would highly recommend!

We called drain king at 8:30pm when we learned that water from our toilet was leaking into our neighbours below us. We were so impressed with the speed our plumber arrived, his ability to resolve the issue in the toilet quickly and his easygoingness in a stressful time. We would absolutely use this service again, and are grateful they were able to help us!

Initially, we were very satisfied with this company; their technicians were polite, efficient, and completed ther required work to our satisfaction. Three months later, they sent a follow-up email with a $25.00 coupon for future repair work. However, upon booking a second repair job, they conveniently forgot to ask about the coupon, either when we booked the appointment, or at the time of payment. When we called to ask if the coupon could be applied retroactively, they refused, citing some horse crap about administrative inconvenience, blah, blah, blah. There will NOT be a third call to this company for any future business. They are NOT the only show in town. In this day and age of computers and integrated software, there is no excuse for them to refuse an accommodation, since they have all the records they need. Our review is now downgraded to 1 star. They rate 10 stars for coming up with convenient excuses over the phone!!!

Alexs customer service and product knowledge were excellent! We really appreciated his patience with our questions. His professional and friendly manner made us feel comfortable and at ease. We appreciated the quick turnaround time to our repair request.
