Drain King responded to my request quickly, and were very flexible in arranging an appointment as soon as possible for a technician to come by for assessment. The technician, Jonathon, arrived on time, was very professional and courteous, and was able to complete the repair immediately without having to schedule another appointment. Excellent service, reasonable price. I will gladly use Drain King again for plumbing repairs.

We called the Drain King Plumbers for Moen shower installation, we first got quote and explained the options for installation, we decided to call the company, reception was very nice polite and cooperated, they sent Plumber Kyler, he arrived on time found him very professional, he completed his job within given period. We would recommend the company for the professionalism.

Very pleased with the service provided by Samad. It was a Saturday call-out, he arrived on time and took all necessary COVID precautions. Our leaking shower/tub faucet was quickly replaced with a new part which he provided. A few hours later, having cleaned up before he left, the job was done! Invoice/payment etc, was all handled electronically. Would highly recommend.

Tyler, from Drain King was awesome, fast, & professional and they have an awesome customer service (Kailee and Alyce). Tyler educated me on my kitchen sink drain issue and what may need to be done together with a number of reasonable cost options.
Tyler not only found the problem, but ended up saving me money in the process. I think to myself, I wonder if another plumbing/drain cleaning company would have diagnosed things the same or would they just have tried to sell me expensive options even though I didn't need it? Suffice it to say, I am very pleased with Drain King and the way they talk to their customers and their upfront cost transparency! Thank you!

Back in the spring we required replacement of very old sewer pipes underground. We woke up one morning to the surprise of a smelly pool of sewage in the basement. DrainKing came at once and completed the necessary repairs in short order. It was all manual labour and the men worked hard both inside and dug a deep excavation outside. Some cleanup was needed after they left. We knew, too, that resurfacing parts
of the floor would be up to us. Overall, we were pleased with job which was dine in four days and provides a 25 year warranty. But that's not the only story here.

We knew we had insurance to cover part of the cost. We applied for this
and soon after received some reimbursement. But it fell short of what our policy says we are entitled to. Enter our hero, Jason, the service manager. He was so diligent and untiring in his efforts for us!
He contacted our insurer on our behalf to further explain our claim
to them. He succeeded in obtaining the full amount stated in our policy,
and it did take some time to finally achieve this. Bottom line: our final out-of-pocket expense for a high quality job was not that much at all.
(Thank goodness for insurance!) Not only is he a contractor, but he has much experience in talking to and patiently negotiating with insurance companies. It is amazing and gratifying that DK was able to provide this expertise after the job was finished - they stayed with us.

We had a severe blockage from the kitchen drain to the main. Michael worked tirelessly to unclog it. Wasn’t satisfied with the results and went at it again without hesitation until he got it unclogged as much as possible. Snake, hydro, camera, snake, hydro, camera. Last viewing with the camera was MUCH better and I was completely satisfied.
I Wouldn’t hesitate to call Drain-king again, but I’d have to insist on Michael. His honesty and professionalism was second to none.

Samad did a good job extending the existing pipes with a new exterior faucet for my yard. He did check everything carefully which seems reliable.
The request was completed within half a day which was incredibly fast. I would love to recommend this plumber.

The shower faucet would not turn off. I did eventually get it to turn off but called Drain King Plumbers to fix the issue. Tyler came the next day and was very friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend Drain King Plumbers!
