I called five roofers about a leak in my roof. Joe was the only one who responded. The problem was a poor bathroom vent installation that resulted in water on the bathroom floor when it rains. Knowing there was rain in the forecast, Joe identified the problem and caulked around the vent to prevent further leakage. His crew came back the next day and installed a new vent and shingles for a permanent fix. The whole thing was done within 3 days of my call at a reasonable price.
