Created a happy customer in the end
Update! David, the owner, reached out to me and rectified this situation fully. He was unaware of the customer experience I had and was willing to do what needed to be done to create a happy customer in the end. If anyone has an issue with Panes Window Manufacturing, contact David directly, and he will solve any issue.
I can understand the difficulty of running a business and not always being privy to the details of every order. Especially the small ones. He assured me that he would deal directly with the customer service rep I had a bad experience with.
I went to pick up the new glass, and it was sitting at the back door waiting for me to pick up. The employee at the door quickly confirmed this was my order and helped me load into the truck
After this great experience with David, I feel confident in ordering and recommending Panes Window Manufacturing to others
