NOT RECOMMENDED - terrible follow-up service
When I originally booked the cabinet refinishing, I indicated that the valance and a couple of doors were damaged and might need to be replaced. I was assured that if they could not be refinished, that they could be repaired / replaced at additional cost. Based on this, I went ahead with the work.
The cabinet refinishing was complete in July. The refinishing work was good, but the valance and one door needed replacement. I asked that a quote be provided for this work. Over 4 months later, with many ignored e-mails and a promised phone call that never happened, I still have not received a quote.
Today, I have a kitchen in which the cabinets that were refinished look good However, the kitchen as a whole, does not look good, due to the valance and broken door. If I knew that this would be the outcome, I would not have had Ottawa’s Best Cabinet Refinishing do the work.
