My homes gas furnace stopped working New Years day. I called John around 11:45am and he was at my house and had the problem fixed by 1pm. This is the second time I have used Sarman Air. The first time John came to repair a non-functioning gas firelace in our home.

Sarman Air was excellent service with service on my water heater (Tankless). They quickly repsponded to my request for inspection of water heater and replacement of internal circulation pump. It was 2nd time to ask them fixing water heater problem in out home past three months. We definitely will continue to use their service in future.

Our gas dryer broke down on Friday and we picked up a new one the next day hoping to have a technician hook up the gas line for us that same day. We called around several local companies Saturday morning and no one could come same day which was understandable. We then found Sarman Air on HomeStars and gave John a call, he said he could come same day and came within a few hours - what service! John was very friendly and efficient. I called John because the pilot light on my gas fireplace wasn't working. He fixed it promptly, gave it a good cleaning....plus he fixed the humidifier on my furnace, which I hadn't even mentioned in the original call. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend his services. Plus his price was very reasonble!

John was a lifesaver! There was a major mix up with our new gas stove being delivered without being installed. After frantically calling gas line installation companies to no avail, John answered and said he could be there in an hour. Not only did he arrive when promised he had the stove installed and valve replaced swiftly. He was very thorough ensuring there were no leaks and all the burners were working. He also went above and beyond and inspected the gas lines in our house and fixed the gas dryer cap for no charge! John, you made me a customer for life!
