Sunset Roofing And Construction

Our roof needed replacing; it was last done in 1996 and it suffers not only normal wear-and-tear but considerable shading from a large tree immediately adjacent to the front of the house. We received three quotes; two were shockingly high, whereas the one from Sunset Roofing and Construction seemed extremely reasonable. We contacted several of their recent clients, all of whom were positive, and so we decided to proceed. Roofing in the lower mainland in the winter isn't the ideal thing, but the people from Sunset showed up in early January and proceeded to do a great job. Aside from the good work, they were polite and careful with our shrubbery and the neighbours. Cleanup was extremely well-done. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. I had the owner Levi come to my house and do yo a quote for a new roof. I was a little sceptical since he came door to door. However, when we returned he came with a great price and gave a great presentation on what his crew would do on my house. He exceeded everything that he said he would do. I even go free flashings and gutters ! I would highly recommend.

I decided to go with Sunset Roofing because I liked how they were up front about everything. When he said he would call he did, and they showed up as discussed, where as others seemed flaky just trying to get hold of or return messages. The price was good and so was the workmanship.....and they cleaned up everyday until they were done. I would recommend these guys if you need your roof re-done.
