Gr General Renovation

We had a bunch of minor projects that needed to get finished (parging, plumbing, building a raised deck, replacing a gate). Spyros completed the project on budget and under the projected time. We're really pleased with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

We were extremely pleased with Spyros and would definitely use him again. Our deck was peeling and in need of sanding, prep and paint. Spyros discovered about 8 rotted boards on the deck and took the time to replace them as well. They were in and out in two days, left everything neat, in order, cleaned up and the deck looks like new! It was a real pleasure to have GR General Renovation do our work. What a find!

Our bathroom was outdated and in pretty bad shape. It was completely gutted down to the studs, and totally redone with new sink, toilet, tub and fixtures. The tiling on the floor and inside the shower was well done complete with a tiled shelf inside. The whole renovation was completed in 5 consecutive days. The team showed up early, and when they said they would. They were friendly, and explained everything to us along the way so there were no surprises. Highly recommend!

A 4x4 fence post rotted & fell in a wind storm during the winter. GR came in; replaced the post in the still frozen ground, did some repair work on two fence panels & put everything back together. They arrived on time & left the site tidy. The repair looks solid & good for several more years. I’m very happy with the work & would rehire them to build me a whole new fence when that time comes.

We cannot be happier with the work carried out by Spyros and his team. The understanding of what we wanted was interpreted and carried out seamlessly. They worked tirelessly, regularly checking with us if we were happy with the work. Their solid work ethic, quality workmanship and friendliness added to the overall excellent opinion we formed.
