Looking a little rough after 12 months

We were so happy with the concrete patio when we first got it done last year. It's been less than 12 months and it looks rough. There are large structural cracks throughout the entire pad, and the colour is wearing off all spotted on the top (despite being sold that the colour would be mixed through and this wouldn't happen). Additionally, the colour was not what we initially chose, which, was unfortunate but we decided to live with as it did look good when it was first done. There is a 30-year warranty on the pad and they are coming back out to take a look/repair which is great.
