I dealt almost exclusively with Jeff for some minor roof repairs I needed. He proposed several repair options and gave me some choices. The finished repair quality was excellent and not only resolved my problem but in fact improved the look of my house. Jeff was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. After a brief telephone conversation Jeff showed up with different colour samples for a quote. His was the lowest of 3 quotes. Jeff was very helpful and informative. Reid’s just finished re-shingling my house and detached double garage. Jeff was very helpful helping me choose a shingle colour and make for the job. I wanted a totally different colour than what I currently had. The work was completed in one day on the date promised. The site was cleaned up very well and my property and my neighbour’s property was respected and care was taken to avoid damages. I would definitely recommend Reid’s Residential Roofing.

Had some singles fly off and some of the soffit collapse and Jeff took care of the issue promptly. He was well equipped and very knowledgeable. Also had a stubborn leak over my garage which only leaked under certain conditions. Jeff was able to isolate and repair the issue with easy and it hasn’t leaked since. Definitely recommend Reid’s roofing, they take pride in what they do and that makes the difference.......

We have had Reid’s roofing out with the wind storm that blew off a few shingles from the roof. Jeff was out that day and replaced the shingles. We have recently noticed that we had some damage to our roof caused by a raccoon. Jeff came out quickly and took pictures of the damages this little creature did, replaced our vent and repaired the shingles.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have repairs or a new roof. We will definitely be calling him when the time comes to replace our roof.

I spoke with Jeff for a quote to inspect my roof and replace missing shingles. After a brief conversation, I find Jeff to be very professional and courteous, to the point that I would like him to repair my roof. Jeff showed up on time. He replaced the missing shingles and took a before and after pictures to show the completed work.
