Dkh Homes

In March of 2018, my husband and I bought our very first home in the South end of Edmonton. We looked for homes for about a year and a half, checking every option we possibly could! We met so many builders who offered us discounts and deals and told us that we were priority, however it always felt like we were not taken seriously because of our age and because we were not buying a million dollar home. However in January 2018 we met Dwayne from DKH Homes who helped us in buying our first home. We have had such a wonderful experience from the first time we walked in the show home until now. From the moment we met Dwayne he was willing to sit down and listen to exactly what we were looking for in a home and then matched our needs to what he had available. When talking with Dwayne he did not make us feel like he was trying to fit us into a home but rather that he was trying to make his homes fit to us, it was incredibly refreshing after dealing with other builders who did not listen to our likes and dislikes. Dwayne is patient and understanding and was willing to walk us through ever step of the buying process. He answers his emails and phone calls quickly and did not become short when we started asking him too many questions! The home itself is beautiful and you can tell that DKH cares about the products that they put their name on. During the build we had tiles put around our fire place, Dwayne was over seeing this process, and they did not come out perfect. Instead of doing a small fix to the imperfection, he had the whole thing redone to be perfect. It is actions like this that grew our confidence in DKH Homes and the homes that they put out. Even after we purchase our home and moved in, there were very small imperfections that we notified DKH about and they were dealt with in such a timely manner. When DKH says that they will do something for you they will, you dont have to continually follow up with them or worry that they wont follow through. I would highly recommend DKH Homes to any of my family or friends, and would buy from Dwayne and DKH Homes again in a heartbeat.
