AMICA Windows and Doors is the best window company I have every dealt with! Both their sales representative (Michael Radocchia) and the installation team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Through our process of finding a window installer, we spoke with a number of companies that showed a lack of interest in helping us with our windows. From the get go, AMICA was incredibly personable and provided real window consultation to identify our specific needs. The installation team worked under harsh weather conditions to install windows in a very complex downtown Century home ensuring that corners weren't cut and that the outcome was flawless. In addition, they spend hours cleaning and vacuuming to ensure that our place was spotless, leaving it in better condition than when they arrived. I won't hesitate to call AMICA in the future as they are far and above the competition. Thanks again for everything!

They were very tidy using drop cloths throughout the various rooms of the home, they vacuumed all of the debris on completion and made sure to pick up and take away all of the garbage and the old windows that were replaced.

We recently have 12 of our windows replaced and we have picked Amica for the job. I found that Michael is knowledgeable and professional with his many years of experience in the industry. I like the fact that Michael is very responsive on my email and phone calls, plus he is also proactive on follow ups.

The new windows are great, Dennis and his crews did a good job on the installation. All my window coverings can fit perfectly back on the new windows. Michael have also came to check the work on the windows during and after the installation. If you are not sure, just give him a call and I am sure you will be impressed after you talk to him.

Fantastic job!!! The home is bright, the windows are beautiful and the design is spectacular. Michael came to my home and I instinctively knew that he would do a great job. We had spoken on the phone a few times and I had had other contractors come in to give suggestions. When Michael arrived, he immediately set me at ease as I sensed his knowledge and confidence in his work. He made suggestions and he was right on. What I most appreciated was his quick response to all my phone calls, his politeness and understanding with my numerous questions and his efforts to assist me in arriving at the correct decisions. I can't think of an area for improvement. The workmanship is number one and the experience was seamless. All work was done in 2 days with minimal interruption to the home's everyday business.

Michael is the most professional and knowledgeable salesman we ever met. He spent one and a half hour in our house explaining everything to us, helping us to choose the type and style of windows.
