AC service

Heating & Air Conditioning review in London

Called local Heating And Cooling in Kitchener for my rental unit. They went to do a AC repair or I should say AC service on my rental property. They were responsive and professional. They got their in short time and kept me and my tenant posted with what was going on. We end up replacing the Air Conditioner system with a new AC installation. They did the installation in a day within few hours. They had drop sheets on my tenants house and kept everything clean.
My tangents were supper happy with his work as well as myself.
We definitely recommend local heating and cooling to everyone who needs for quality HVAC work.

Furnace repair

Called Local Heating And Cooling after reading their reviews online.
I have to admit that they definitely earned it.
The moment I spoke to them on the phone they listened and explained all my options very patiently. They end up fixing my tenants heating system the same same day I called. They called me back after they were done and told me everything I need to know about my rentals HVAC system. I will definitely call them back yearly for getting my furnace maintenance done.

Called many HVAC companies in town and had few quotes from few places. I found Local Heating And Cooling very honest and professional. They came In knowing that we are looking to replace our furnace but they were actually trying to fix/repair our furnace for us once I told them that we werent ready financially for such an situation.I found that extremely rare. Even though we didnt end up repairing the furnaceI we decided to go with them and replace our furnace. We definitely recommend them to family, friends and our neighbours.
