Sina was quick to come help. He was amazing and worked quickly at resolving our issue. We had a last minute issue with our furnace before our house closed the next day. He got it up and running quickly and efficiently. He explained everything when I asked and was very pleasant and professional.

I had A/C installed at my daughter's place in Guelph and called Local Heating & Cooling due to his high ratings on HomeStars. I spoke to Sina and found out he actually did work on my heating/ac at my place in Aurora.

Anyway, Sina does great work and is very professional. When it comes to a/c and especially furnaces....it's not so much the brand of the unit, it's all about the installation!!

At the end of the day, the most important question is would I recommend them to family & friends or would I have him do more work for me....it would be YES.

Sina fixed up a gas line for a new stove for me. He does incredible work, is extremely knowledgable and offers you an educational experience. He has great conversations and is extremely intelligent about his trade. Could not have been happier, it was an 11/10 experience

I needed a gas line extended to the back of my house for a BBQ connection. Sina was responsive, came quickly to review the request and provide options. Their price was very competitive and the work was done carefully and efficiently on the promised date.
