Our AC wasn't cooling properly during the hottest month in summer. One of the top rated companies on Homestars kept giving us the run around, we eventually waited 3 weeks to have a technician come to have a look at the problem. A friend finally recommended Sina. He came within two days and replaced the AC unit at a great price.

Sina fixed my AC quickly and reasonably. A loose wire was the culprit and was detected and reconnected in short order. The communication was great and I can highly recommend Local Heating and Cooling.

Sina and Meelod did a fantastic job installing our new tankless water heater after our previous water heater/tank broke down. They stayed all day to ensure the job was done well, I was so appreciative of their commitment to craftsmanship. They managed to connect underneath our stairs with the lines for our washer/dryer to ensure proper drainage would be available, and I even asked them to adjust the external gas line that they'd installed so that it ran closer to the wall of our house and they willingly obliged. They were so patient throughout the process, happy for me to check in with them at any point and always willing to answer my questions and explain things to me. Thanks for such great work!

Our AC stopped working on the first truly hot day of summer and our house was unbearably hot. We called Local Heating And Cooling and Sina said he would come in the same day no matter what time, so we wouldn't have to sleep without AC. Well, Sima did come in the same day, we were amazed how committed he was to helping us right away.

He found out what the problem was, fixed it, including providing the replacement part, and cleaned up in one hour. He then went over advice on how to make our A/C work better in the Summer.
