When we initially met to discuss our plans and obtain a quote, Xavier listened and fully understood what we were looking to achieve as well as our needs and preferences. Due to Covid restrictions Xavier needed to choose our materials and finishings then email photos of his recommendations. Each recommendation was spot on and consistent with our vision.
Xavier’s quote was with in the expected range and was detailed in a concise and itemized contact. Throughout the job Xavier communicated with us regularly and was easily accessible. At the end of each day they did a thorough clean up. Given some unenviable delays due to covid job was completed within the expected and reasonable timeframe

Xavier’s carpentry expertise was clearly evident in the installation of the stairs and landing which were installed to perfection, as was the bathroom vanity and cupboards.
Xavier and his assistant Jack are extremely hard workers and were obviously committed to the job. They were also very personable, friendly and responsive.

We hired Xposed Contracting to build a replacement fence after seeing the quality of their work at a neighbours home. We were impressed with their professionalism throughout the project. They worked quickly and safely including the underground surveys before post holing. I needed to make a shed/roof above the side entrance to keep rain and snow away from the stairs. They did a job much better than I expected. On time and satisfying work. Keep it up guys.

Xavier's work was amazing. He built a 40ft, two gate fence, with 6"x6" posts at a cost far less that any other contractor quoted. His team was professional and timely in all aspects of the work. We plan to have him back next summer to do the same on the other side of our yard.

I have hired Xposed for various minor condo renos, most recently to change the vanity and mirror in one of my bathrooms as well as to repaint. They do phenomenal work and their attention to detail is impressive.
