Just received an email from Thomas I&L saying they will no longer be servicing our area (downtown Toronto)...They "appreciate our business and wish us all the best moving forward"...

Hundreds and hundreds in business over 2-3 years including referrals to other clients. Would have appreciated a steer to another trusted company...rather than a "good luck.."

I understand you have staffing issues, but I find the dismissal letter bereft of the care and interest feigned.

Not impressed

I was very happy to find Jon and his company. Within 24 hours of being in contact, Jon and Miles arrived, assessed and fixed a myriad of issues with my irrigation system. It is great to find great people.

Jon, Tom and the team have been amazing to work with - they worked closely with our landscapers to coordinate the installation of the full system seamlessly and have been incredibly responsive and attentive ever since with any questions we have had! An absolute pleasure to work with - thank you so much!

Jon and his team are amazing. They provided me with options and a deep knowledgeable their product and service. On the scheduled day, he showed up and installed the system as quoted and left the area clean and perfectly working!
