We always stand behind our work, and if an issue is discovered to be related to our installation, we will always go back to take care of our customers, no matter what. We do understand that during the visit, an unexpected leak occurred, which understandably was very frustrating, especially since you are also currently doing home renovations yourself, and a lot of stuff is likely happening at the same time. It is an unfortunate occurrence that our technicians were not aware or informed of the line you had leading to the flooded area, which ultimately led to the leak and left you feeling unhappy with the work. We are sorry to see our customer feeling dissatisfied, as of today, our technicians have visited again to take a look and take care of everything once again.
