Comfortec Windows And Doors

After having 3 other companies quote my window and door replacement at ridiculously high prices, I was starting to think that this project might not happen this year. Thankfully my neighbor connected me with Comfortec. Igor quoted me a fair price and was able to suggest better window options for certain windows (ie. going with sliders in certain spots to have more light and visibility vs just going with casements everywhere). The other companies just quoted whatever I asked for. The installation was very thorough. Our front door is BEAUTIFUL! My wife is very happy :). I would go out of my way to recommend Comfortec to friends and family.

We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.

Our basement exit door split and was no longer able to be opened or used. I emailed Comfortec and received a fast response to come and do an in-person consult. Igor gave a presentation of everything that was possible and necessary to complete the job, and explained the complexity of manufacturing a custom sized door, as well as installing it. The previous door was installed crookedly, with hinges buried in the wall, all of the seals coming off and was a weird size. Igor's team came and installed a new door, with their water sealing technology and did a great job making sure it was installed straight and with no damage to anything and left it cleaner than when they arrive. They were quick and prompt - came when they said they would, and finished the job in about 2.5 hours, even with the need to saw concrete! Would definitely hire again and would recommend.

Great experience from start to end. We got some good advice from Igor on the color and some of the details related to the main door and the side one. The price was spot on with our budget and Igor proved to be accommodating with the installation date and one small change we have added right at the beginning. Installation crew did a great job during the removal and installation, including cleaning up meticulously after each step. The final product has exceeded our expectations and we hope to enjoy the new doors for years to come. All in all, will wholeheartedly recommend Igor and the team
