We hired Bobby his company name as Santerre Construction & Renovation Inc.Please never hire him he doesn’t have crew or work attic he promise the work for two weeks it toke him more than 2 months he missed up the whole house nothing is right he dosnt know how to follow the drawing he only knows how to build croket wall he got the money and never return the call or come to finish the house. We are posting online his work picture to see!
Any home owners or builders please stay away from him and he has a old red truck and few hand tools he dosnt even have Helper please stay away from this guy!

We were supposed to build 2 houses side by side at the same time but he only got 1 building permit and he had major trouble with the city and huge fines so we could only work on 1 house. Only 4 days after starting the framing of the house we were ready for the second floor but Brian did not have the money to cover for the material so we had to wait 2 weeks for him to find the money. 2 weeks later we came back to work and after 4 working days we were ready for the roof but he did not order the trusses from the truss company and he did not have my payment ready. This time I had to wait 2 weeks for my payment which he did not even pay in full. When he paid me he told me he did not know when the trusses would be ready. I had other contracts scheduled ahead. He did not meet any of the requirements in our contracts such as payment on time and material on site and I had no choice but to walk away from this job. He was very upset and he started threatening me. He tried to give me as much trouble as possible.
