Precision Building Services

This is the third time I have hired Precision Building Services and I have been very happy with the service provided. Twice, we have had the buildings/windows washed and once we have had the gutters cleaned. Each time, the crew shows up as booked, with no delays. Michelle is always friendly and easy to work with, the prices are reasonable and the end result is great.

Michelle and company have been doing our windows - a 60 unit apartment building - for the past couple of years. Best window cleaners we've ever had in my time here (13 years). Very professional and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend their services!

Precision Building Services is a roll model contractor and professional in their trade. We used their services for post construction window cleaning, frame detail, pressure washing and buffing up our polished stainless steel. Michelle did a walk around of our commercial building with us and explained and educated us on each process she will be completing to give us the best results for each of the services we required. She provided a detailed contract which I've never gotten from any other companies I've used in the past. Her crew was respectful and professional and they delivered their promises in the time required. Precision will be our go to exterior building cleaning company.

We were absolutely delighted with the recent job that we just had done by Precision Building Services. Getting the estimate ahead of time was great, and the company was very responsive in talking about the scope of our cleaning project, which included windows, skylights and pressure washing most of our exterior surfaces. We also had some tricky, second-story windows to do and the cleaners on the job did some amazing problem solving and collaboration with us to get it done just right. I loved their attention to detail, cleaning the window ledges and generally doing really thorough work. Plus, they were super pleasant company to have around the house.
