We recently had a sun room and deck installed on our house and Evan and his team provided the all weather vinyl decking, railings (glass and post) and they've now added a beautiful clear glass awning to keep us covered and dry while still allowing lots of light in the space.
The quality of their products and workmanship is amazing! Friendly, professional and considerate and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacing/renewing or renovating their deck.

We had 2 decks resurfaced at our Strata at the same time. They showed up on the day promised and completed the job one day early! They were very efficient and cleaned up the areas afterwards. We are extremely happy with the job they did and should we require any more deck work done, they will be our first and only call.

I was rather shocked and concerned about the quotes I received from two other companies for the resurfacing of our 22x25 deck. This deck also acts as a roof and as it was old and worn and had already leaked I couldn't risk waiting another winter. I have an old deck (about 150 sq ft) that needed a fresh look. Sukh and his team were super prompt the whole way through; from quoting to install.

The team removed the old vinyl, leveled off the deck where needed, sealed everything tightly, installed the flashing and ran the vinyl material up the wall about double what is required for code. Very thorough work.

I had looked at three other quotes prior to All Seasons Waterproofing and all were a fair bit more expensive. Some used duradeck and some didn’t. What I really like about All Seasons Waterproofing is that they manufacture their own material. This gives the consumer a quality and cost-effective product that has first-party warranty and support. In addition, their material was about 5mm thicker than the Duradeck offerings.

I did my research and for the Vancouver area, this is the company to choose for your vinyl decking projects. My new deck feels good to walk on and looks very sharp!

After having the vinyl installed, All Seasons was also hired to do the deck railing. As with the vinyl, everything was fairly prompt however it did take time to get the aluminum, which is expected.

During a follow-up meeting after the original estimate, Sukh outlined all of the specifics and expectations. A team arrived on a Saturday and within an hour, everything was aligned, symmetrically installed, and touched up. Small details like top caps on the gate posts is what I really like about these guys. Very sharp looking.

For reference the railing is 1.5” picket in black with 2” posts, one gate and breadloaf style top rail.

Excellent, professional service. Work was completed on date promised. Clean up and disposal was perfect. I recommend Suhk for his prompt customer service and professionalism. We are very happy with our new deck.

I'm in love with my new roof!
10 years ago, Allseasons Waterproofing Inc. replaced the vinyl on my sundeck and I'm very pleased with the work they did and the quality and longevity of the product. Their cost was also the lowest of the 3 quotes I received. I'm quite sure the deck will last another 10 years or more before it will need to be replaced, so when the duroid shingles on my 20-year old roof needed to be replaced, I wondered if the roof could be covered in vinyl instead of shingles. The shingles were a magnet for moss, yet no moss ever grew on the vinyl deck. I was told they don't normally do roofs, but they would do the shed for me since there are no penetrations on the roof. Not only was the roof sealed, the fascia is also wrapped in vinyl so I never need to paint them again! AND, it actually cost LESS to wrap the roof in vinyl than to re-shingle the roof! Bonus on top of bonus! How can one NOT love that!?

Right from the beginning we were happy with the All Seasons!

After twenty one years in our large and weathered ocean front home there were several things that needed refreshing.

We sought quotations from a number of companies and found that not one of them were able to handle all facets of our large project. Other companies sent relatively inexperienced sales people and days passed before an estimate was given.
The vinyl on two very large decks, a boathouse roof, glass railings, multiple staircases were to be replaced, and two solid aluminum gates were to be installed.

Sukh, the manager, arrived at our home on time, measured carefully, gave us some excellent advice and then he gave us a very detailed quote within a couple of days. We chose All Seasons quote as it was very competitive and the proposed project timeline was very quick.

Sukh's workers were efficient and always cordial and polite. The project was finished in an organized and timely manner. Most importantly the entire project was on budget. His workers made a huge difference to the appearance, safety and efficiency of our outdoor space. We are very pleased with their product which comes with a written materials and workmanship.
