We contacted numerous companies for a quote for water penetrating our foundation and found that Vasyl of Drymax waterproofing was the most thorough in his investigation and explanation of what had to be done. He explained every detail and emphasized once they dug the trench and completed the waterproofing all would be put back as before. The team showed up and as promised took down a fence..performed the repair as explained and once complete replaced the soil and fence and you would never know the ground or area was disturbed. They were professional..detailed and throrough. I would definitely recommend Vasyl and his team at Drymax. 100% SATISFACTION.

We had to waterproof our foundation in the basement and are so glad we worked with Vasyl and the Drymax team. Vasyl did a great job explaining the work required, gave us great advice, and helped us apply for the basement waterproof subsidies we are eligible for with the city. Our experience with Vasyl was amazing. Vasyl was incredibly thorough (unlike other contractors we had met with) in his investigation of leaks in our home to make sure that the work we would proceed with was the right work to be doing. Vasyl saved us from wasting money on efforts that wouldn't have solved our root problem (which had been suggested by other contractors).

Once the work started, Vasyl and his team were super quick and professional. They even navigated a relationship with our neighbours who we share a property line with to make sure the work could proceed while also keeping my neighbour happy.

We called Vasyl at DryMax and within a day he came by to inspect the issues in our home and provided solutions to fix the issues. Vasyl and the DryMax team were did a great job at a reasonable price and on time. They did the job in the exact time that was quoted and were considerate and respectful of the old house, existing finishes and cleaned up once the job was complete. They did the job right and did not take short cuts. They also submitted the building permit and booked the inspection, which most contractors do not bother to do. I highly recommend Vasyl and his team. Had a problem with roots on my main drain and called Drymax, Vasyl came and assess the problem end up replacing the whole drain up to the street. Show up every day on time, covered everything with plastic, did all the repairs and cemented everything back. When the job was finish everything was left clean an in place like nothing had happened. Was looking for someone to come service my pump - it has an alarm that sets off for various reasons. Called DryMax and they showed up early the next morning. Vasyl came by, checked my pumps, replaced a valve, cleaned up the area, explained everything to me clearly and charged a very reasonable amount. All in, very pleased with the results!

This is the company you want!! Quick and thorough. Went above and beyond expectations. Completed on time for an emergency and replaced whole sewage line we didnt realize was over 100 years old and caving in, preventing a nightmare. Check out the photos of the same area through its progression.

okay so My first property had a basement leak and after so much year my basement is dry. now, my primary residence, had a leaky basement as well! but they came right away and waterproof may exterior wall foundation! highly recommend for all waterproofing needs! owner nice and goes the extra mile to make sure customers are happy!
