Mint Duct Cleaning

Ray was on time to clean our duct and furnace. He showed me before and after photos, sanitized the vents and had a video recorded when the main line was being cleaned. I went with his gold package and he did a professional and detailed job. He and Samir even helped to fix my window in the basement. I am giving him a 5 star for a job weldone and trust me, he is your guy for all duct cleaning work.

Our home is almost 30 years old, and we've been in it for about 15 years. It underwent a huge renovation last year with new flooring and kitchen. We had never had the ducts cleaned, and they were dirty. Ray showed up right on time, as promised, and carefully explained the process. He was amazingly thorough and we had absolutely no doubt that his work was top-quality; in fact, he went out of his way to show us the extent of the "dirt" and old building materials that were sitting in the ducts (very satisfying to see via live video footage the crap fly out of the ducts, and leave it super clean!). It was very clear to us that Ray had the "care factor" and he checked in several times throughout the job to ensure we were happy, and/or if we had any questions or concerns. When it is time to have our ducts cleaned again, we will be calling Ray 100%! We highly recommend him.

Mint Duct Cleaning did a fantastic job. I selected the Gold package as we hadn't done the dryer vent *ever* and I don't even remember if the furnace had been done before. We've been in the house for 10 years and had the ducts cleaned twice, once just after we moved in and another time about 4 years ago... yet there was still building material in the duct work! I can only assume that the previous cleaners had not done a proper job in cleaning. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mint's services. It's worth paying a fair price for proper service than saving a few bucks and not getting the job done right.

I would like to add that they are very professional and explain all the steps along the way so you know what's going on. They even show you the cleaning as it's taking place with before and after photos. It's reassuring to know that they've done a good job and you aren't paying for the noise. :D I will definitely be calling Mint Duct Cleaning for future services.

Arrived on time, working Efficiently, very through. Sammy and Ray provided complete explanation of all the work down. Provided before and after pictures and video. Cleaned up after they were done. The equipment used (including the big vacuum in the back of the truck) looked tidy and well cared for.

Ray did an excellent job of walking through the process with me and made me felt at ease. He is very down to earth and very honest.
