Renew Air

We initially called Marcus in to remove some asbestos insulation from around our boiler pipes in the basement utility room, laundry room and bedroom. Marcus was available for a quote next day and he and his team completed the work in one day.

We then called him back to remove some moldy water-damaged drywall from the basement living room and in doing so he discovered the laminate floors (which we were looking to replace because of the same water damage) had asbestos tile underneath. He was able to squeeze us in that same week to remove the tile and arranged for a garbage bin to be dropped in our driveway for us to get rid of furniture and junk that would need to be moved from the basement in order to do the work. His team even moved the garbage out of the house and into the bin for us.

Everything was done quickly and with good communication along the way and safety precautions including an air quality test following the removal were taken. I would recommend Marcus for any remediation work.
