Scheduled a much needed cleaning of our ductless AC unit. They did a great job cleaning the unit and only took about 30 minutes. The two gentlemen who came to clean the unit were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they left a bit of a mess. There was debris left on the stairs (easy enough for me to vacuum), but they also left dirty hand prints on my walls and ceiling which will require me to set up a step ladder on my stairs to clean. I notified the company and they thanked me for the feedback but did not apologize for the mess or offer to come back to clean it. For a AC cleaning service that costs this much I would expect them to leave the space the same way they found it.

Steve and his team are true to their word. From consultation to installation, this process was quick, smooth and very professional. I met with two other companies before I decided to go with The Boiler Shopper/ Ductless.ca. I know I made the right decision.

They arrived on time, installed the indoor and our units quickly with a minimum of disruption and cleaned up prior to their departure. They were courteous and helpful when we asked questions. There was a minor issue with the electric supply which required a different part. The install team made a significant effort to get the part and ensured the system was working properly.

After 10 years of being without AC in our old home we contacted Steve at The Boiler Shoppe to give us options. for our older home. Having no furnace and only base board heat, we had limited options. The appointment was scheduled promptly and Steve was on time. Steve discussed our goals (to keep cool but not freezing!) and knew his stuff. He provided a rough estimate on site and was honest and open to how we felt about it. After contacting a few other companies, we called Steve to say we were ready to do the work and he arranged for the office to set up up with installation. On day of installation and prior, Steve checked in, showed up on site, made sure we were happy. The installers were professional and very detail oriented. After install, the office followed up to ensure all was working fine and they even registered our warranty for us. I am impressed with their commitment to quality service and workmanship throughout their organization and have already recommended them.

They did good job and fixed the outside unit as I wanted. Overall satisfied with their service. Will continue monitoring the performance and will review again if there come something.

Tried to get my ductless air conditioner cleaned and the Boiler Shoppe was the only place that called me back in the midst of a heat wave and Covid-19. They booked me an appointment and kept me updated. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. They even helped me understand my AC better.

I needed a 9000 BTU split-type unit and got two quotes. When I told the competitor what Ductless had quoted, he said, "I'd jump on it - I can't match that." Pretty good recommendation! Installation by an independent contractor, a friendly, blue-eyed Palestinian named Ahmed who I would ask for again, was very competent and completed very efficiently. Aircon works very smoothly and silently. Looking forward to seeing how the heat pump side of the Mitsubishi unit functions this winter.

I received quotes from three different vendors, but Steve from The Boiler Shoppe was clearly the most knowledgeable and provided me with the best advice when he came to provide a quote. Their entire team was professional to work with. My new Mitsubishi multi-split system has worked great so far to cool my house. I can't wait to try the heat pump option this fall!

Upon finding ourselves in sudden need of a new boiler system, as our older system became unexpectedly corroded, Ricardo came out to our home, inspected the failing system, and very succinctly explained the different options and their costs available to us for replacement. He, then, made his recommendation.

After some deliberation, we decided to follow his advice, and he and his team came and installed both systems, and a through-the-wall air conditioning unit (which we were able to bundle together at a reduced cost), with as little fuss and disturbance to our home as possible.
