So bummed out. I did not know you had to totally supervise the installer (Don). Perhaps if I had stood over him OR he could develop communication and customer service skills. I was so excited until had a chance to see he had mounted it INTO my brand NEW window frame. Say goodbye to warranty!
Second shade was installed ON my door, NOT above door so someone over 5’8” could enter. I’ ve hit several times already!
What a waste of hard earned money.

I had a giant awning to install, they took good care on installing. Although a huge awning, it did not take them anymore time than they planned for. What makes them great and special, they responded immediately to a claim I made with them after 2 years for a screw starting to become loose. After an inspection within 24 hours the crew came to fix it within 2 days. That is great service

Replaced an old awning on the second storey of my new home- Canadian Shade was great from start to finish - I was able to get a quote right on their website which was very helpful in terms of setting a budget prior to booking an appointment. Canadian Shade was very organized, sending texts prior to each appointment and Don, the installer, was great. I LOVE the new awning, which was ready earlier than originally planned. Thanks, I would recommend Canadian Shade- they made the whole process very easy!
