Atashi designed one of my washroom and recreation room, he took full responsibility for any to add further feedback from city approval process and helped my plan to be passed by city of Mississauga.
He is very knowledgeable about his work.

I called three companies to get a quote for floor plan drawings in order to get a permit from the City. I needed this permit for my basement renovation. Mohammad quoted me $1000 less than the other two companies. I ended up using Mohammad's services not only for his reasonable price but also because I felt comfortable speaking with him over the phone. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable in his field. Mohammad was very kind by providing me with the drawings early as he knew I was on a tight deadline with the City. He put in the extra time in order for me to have the drawings on time. I do not take this for granted and it was very much appreciated. I would definitely use Mohammad again. Mohammed promptly came and measured up our house. He produced detailed structural drawings showing how we can remove a load bearing wall and replace with a new LVL beam. Mohammed produced drawings very quickly (5 days), and I've already applied for a permit.

I called Mohammad regarding the removal of a closet in a house we just purchased. It was in between the kitchen and living room separating the 2 rooms and we were hoping to get rid of it to create an open concept. Mohammad was very prompt and showed up precisely when we scheduled a meeting. Within half hour he determined the closet was not load bearing and we went ahead an removed it. I hired Sauzteq engineering to get drawings for my Basement Window opening. Mohammad was very responsive to my request and showed up on time. Gathered all the info that needed on the same day and within a week I had my drawings ready for my project. As for the cost I would say he was fair and very competitive. Thanks Mohammad

Prior to contacting Mohamad, my neighbours (same home model) had contracted an alternate Engineer and were advised that the work requested could not be done to the desired extent. Mohamad completed a very thorough inspection and with his expertise made recommendations to accommodate my request (which was the same as my neighbours). My Contractor was equally impressed as was the building inspector.
Renos are almost done! It was a pleasure working with Mohamad and would highly recommend his services.

I emailed Mo on a Sunday and he called right back. That was the first good sign. He came over, was very precious with laying out the floor plan with measurements and gave me a quote I found was more than fair. He had the drawings sent back to me within the week and then I changed the plans several times and he worked with me. I found SauzTeq Engineering Inc. via Home Stars. This review is actually belated in being done. I called for an appt. for a consultation for a project that was only an idea and we were not sure about. Mr. M. Atashi, was very prompt in replying and scheduling an appt. He was punctual and very helpful with insight of our idea and project in the planning. I am in fact in need of more assistance and have called him for another appt. which is already scheduled. If in need of Structural Engineering advise I definitely recommend SauzTeq Engineering Inc. Teresa
