Well Done, Well Explained, On Time
I was very pleased with Shane's service. He arrived exactly on time, explained his work clearly before he started, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. He wore a mask, kept his shoes off when indoors, and cleaned up after himself when the work was done.
He was very friendly and respectful, and even went out of his way to answer other furnace and duct-related questions I had, even though they were not strictly part of the duct cleaning job. His help was very much appreciated.
Overall, I am very happy with Shane and his work, and would highly recommend him to anyone.
