Jessie was actually hired by our neighbours to clean their windows and eaves troughs. Mid job, we asked him if he had time to do our eaves troughs as well. He agreed to clean ours before he went home for the day though we hadn’t booked his time in advance. He was thorough and did a great job as well as greeting us warmly and with a huge smile on his face, which goes a long way with me. Before leaving he asked when and if we would like to be contacted by him in the future for the same service. No assumptions, no pressuring, so professional. Highly recommend.
