Overall very happy with the work done by LGP Construction.
I went with an exposed aggregate finish and the result looks good, have received several positive inquiries from neighbours in the last month asking which company did the work.

Paul and his team were awesome from beginning to end of this project.

Paul was great at communicating their vision and provided many updates on their intended start date as well what to expect during the installation which was welcomed! I would definitely recommend LGP Construction to anyone looking for their next home or commercial improvement project.

I read the reviews and as it was all good plus it was a family business I hired Paul. The quote was given and the day the floor was to be removed everything changed. They would have to add more at the front to allow for water to drain to the back. That was ok. Then after removing some of the old floor I was told by Sam it would cost a bit more as the concrete was thicker than they had expected. When asked how much it was "a bit more". When the project was complete the little bit was 1000. I did pay the difference but am so disappointed in this business. Within days I noticed cracks in the floor. When I spoke to Paul he said even if it does crack it will not lift like your old one because we used rebar. The below picture was taken before the floor was a month old. I am scared to think what it will look like in a years time. The swirling marks on the floor were supposed to disappear shortly. So far ( has just been over a month) and they are as visible as day one. The pad in front of the garage was also done. When done there was cement jutting out along the front of the pad . Also along the sidewalk the cement had poured onto it. I did call Paul and he came back and knocked off the protruding gobs. I would have thought a family business would never have left a project like that. The floor continues to crack and I did send an email to Paul over a week ago but no response. Extremely disappointed in this business.

LGP Construction recently poured concrete walkways in our back yard to our rear garage. Workmanship and customer service were both excellent. Pricing was competitive. Wouldnt hesitate to hire them again!

After many quotes I am very glad I went with Sam and Paul of LGP. They fit me into their schedule sooner than I expected and did a fantastic job. The entire crew were pleasant to deal with and they answered any additional questions I had through the entire process. They kept the site very organized and clean between stages. The finished product looks excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I must use the proverbial, oasis in the dessert when writing about LGP Construction.
From the outset of this concrete project, I felt at ease and knew I had contacted the right company. After completing substantial research, and obtaining 3 other quotes for the job, deciding to hire LGP was a no brainer.
Paul was very easy to talk with, and because of his vast knowledge and experience, was able to complete the project, which I can say with the utmost confidence, was nothing short of perfection.
Paul and his team were always on time, and completed the project on time. The LGP team kept the site clean and
organized, and they were very respectful to our home and
our family.
The cost was very reasonable particularly when I factored in the high quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Paul learned from the best, his father Sam, who has spent a lifetime perfecting his craft and who was also available to offer recommendations. For example, due to a stretch of non- compacted/unsettled earth on the side of the house Sam and Paul bolted 4 heavy duty support brackets to the foundation of the house to prevent any chance of the walkway from sinking. None of the other 3 companies addressed this issue when I asked them about it.
I have owned a number of homes throughout my life, and hired many companies to complete many projects.
Hiring LGP to do my patio and walkway stands out as the best decision I have ever made in the 45 years I have owned homes. Amazingly beautiful exemplary craftsmanship!

Work completed as quoted. Work commenced within 3 weeks of date quoted, estimate of four days to complete, they were done in three. I recommended LGP for your residential concrete work.
