We recently moved to Edmonton and we hired a moving company this time after we did the last move and it did not go as we thought lol all our friends bailed. We started off by getting a bunch of quotes this company got back to me right away within 10 min of my request on there website. I initially talked to Mike he took his time to get a full list of what i had and even offered a free video or in person estimate if we wanted. All my questions were answered and we also got them to pack a lot of our fragile china as we felt more comfortable letting a professional do it. The movers showed up 10 min early on the morning of our move and protected all our home and floors. They ensured all our furniture was wrapped properly and they treated it as their own. Overall i had a great experience with Transport Guys company. The price was very good for the amazing service i had and we had no hidden fees i would for sure call these guys if we move again they definitely make the whole move process a lot smoother as we all know how stressful moving is. Very good experience with The Transport Guys. We moved to Edmonton from Kelowna recently and decided to hire this company after getting many quotes and doing our research. They took our call in the evening which I found to be very accommodating since we both work in the day. Mike helped us originally and after we had also deal with Natalie to finalize our booking. All my questions were answered and they offered us a flat rate for the move which we really liked as most companies were going by weight which we have heard many horror stories. The items were pickup when promised and delivered earlier than there time frame., Overall very happy price never changed and was very reasonable for the excellent service I received. Would have no problem recommending this company to anyone else who is planning to move long distance. Thanks again from our family.

I have never used movers before, after doing lots of research and price shopping we hired the transport guys. Firstly the office staff was so great and awesome to deal with, mike and Natalie really made sure they asked all the right questions, and everything was clear and upfront from the beginning. They fit us in last minute when another company canceled on us. The movers came early prepared and worked so hard. All our furniture was moved not a single damage or anything.
