I chose Northern Alpine based on the positive reviews I read on-line and after the informative and thorough initial consultation I had with Chad. I appreciate how he is a "by the books" kind of guy and after having him and his crew renovate (full gut) the lower level/basement of our townhouse, which was in desperate need to leave the 80s behind, I can fully agree with the positive reviews.
Very professional, approachable, knowledgeable, respectful and transparent. Everyone had lots of patience and took time to answer all my questions. Chad was also was great with following up and has experience dealing with stratas.
All his trades people and designer are also top notch (thanks Cody!). I would not hesitate to recommend him or use again for a future project.
