Third time that I have used Vail and Co. The team did an excellent job as usual. Any problems along the way were fixed to my satisfaction and the job was finished in the time estimated. Members of the team were easy to work with and did quality work.

If I could give more stars I would!

My wife and I were referred to Vail & Co through friends we trust. We initially met with Bryce and Rebecca to discuss what we wanted done. They were exceptionally transparent in all conversations and set expectations of what we could expect. Once the project began the entire team was professional, organized and worked with us regularly for input and feedback. The basement was a large project and everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Excellent quality & workmanship all around.

Kudos to Bryce, Rebecca, Tyler, Chris and the entire team that helped us get to the finish line.

I highly recommend and would not hesitate to hire for future projects!

This was our second time hiring Vail&Co to design and construct our new basement. We are thoroughly delighted and impressed with the all the hard work. Big shout out to all the staff that made the drive and put in in the extra time to make this basement beautiful. Tyler you are amazing and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Bryce and Rebecca you two I have not enough words to express my gratitude. You both are truly amazing. Your help with design was very appreciated. I wouldnt have pulled off the finishing touches without you. I highly recommend this company based on honesty, punctuality, respect and leadership.

Vail & Co did a main bathroom renovation for us about 2.5 years ago and we were happy with the outcome. About 6-8 months after completion the grout was crumbling between porcelin floor tiles and Vail & Co, came back twice to repair and re-grout, however the grout still crumbled again. Bryce came over and re-inspected and decided to remove all the tile and heated flooring and found that it was not installed properly. The floor was was re-installed with extreme care to ensure all steps were taken so this would not happen again with no cost to us. Tyler did a great job re-installing the tiles/heated floor and thanks to Rebecca for re-painting the walls and trim.
Extremely happy that it is now properly done and thanks to Vail & Co for ensuring we were happy customers.

The Vail & Co team are excellent to work with. Communication throughout the project was the best Ive ever experienced. The professionals paid great attention to doing things right, making sure all the products they install are of good quality, fit, and finish. I was very impressed with how much the Vail & Co team did to protect areas of our home, and keep things tidy. We are very much looking forward to renovating with them again - hopefully in the not too distant future.

This is our 2nd Remodel with Vail & Co. Our opinion has not changed. Our original review was dated Dec. 26/22. The pictures all speak for themselves. But I would like to thank Rebecca for going above and beyond for the countertop we wanted. She knew how important bathroom uniformity was to us. We did have a hiccup with the cabinetry which was immediately corrected and their was a tiling miscommunication which was rectified that same day. Tyler and Chris would not leave the jobsite until the tiling situation was corrected. Again proving through their actions that customer satisfaction is #1. Your home will be cleaned up and vacuumed every day b4 they leave. You won't get Vail & Co. because they are in demand but when you do they will dedicate 100% of their time to your project. They will not leave you in the middle while they go and work somewhere else. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat...you can trust them with your $ and your home. Thank you Bryce for the great deal, Rebecca for going above and beyond, Melissa, Donna and most importantly Tyler and Chris without you guys none of this would be possible. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts and we will see you again in our future!

We booked our bathroom renovation with Vail & Co. in August 2022 with an anticipated start date of June 2023. Since we were anxious for our bathroom to be completed sooner we reached out early this year and were able to be fit in during Feb. which we were so happy Vail & Co. could accommodate our project earlier.

The crew was extremely polite, courteous and so professional, always on time and asked for our input when appropriate. Rebecca was excellent in working with us to coordinate in picking out our fixtures which we were purchasing ourselves and did an amazing job with the painting portion of the project and coordinating our project as a whole. Tyler and Chris were absolutely amazing as they both completed the physical renovation portion of the project from gutting our old bathroom to installing all the new fixtures, lighting and all of the tile work. In just less than 3 weeks they turned our 1980s outdated bathroom into the bathroom we wanted. They completely exceeded our expectations. Their workmanship was outstanding.

We are already thinking about our next renovation project and we would definitely work with Vail and Co again.

My 3 bathroom renovations were done in record time. The work done was of the highest quality. Would recommend this company for any renovation you are doing.

18 months ago we hired Vail and Co to renovate our en-suite. We were so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work that we hired them again to renovate another bathroom.
