Alpha Tech took my call on a weekend and provided an accurate diagnostic and quote for my cooktop replacement. Technician showed up on time with all the parts required and the job was done quick as promised. Technician was very friendly and professional - I was instructed on how to maintain all of my household appliances in order to reduce the wear and tear in the future. Tips I received were very helpful, and I feel like I'm taking a better care of my appliances indeed. I will definitely recommend Alpha Tech and will call them again if needed.

Had to contact to get technician to come check the problem 3 times, 1st time to diagnose and then fix it, okay, it works. 2nd time because technician just slammed the machine cover so it was not closed properly, 3rd time, machine was leaking again, without checking first, proceed to open and close the machine cover, then said nothing wrong with it, then it begins to completely flood my laundry closet into the kitchen area. Wish I had Ariel come visit but it was not him.

Ariel was great, he serviced my Samsung dishwasher very quickly. He listened to the issues I was having with the machine and took the necessary steps to fix it. I will definitely use Alpha Tech Appliance Repair again!

I requested a service appointment to look at my fridge that was making a loud screaming noise. When I spoke to the service guy, he was extremely helpful and offer to come that night. 2 hours later he was at my house and the part was replaced within minutes! Saved the day and saved us a lot of money! Would highly recommend Alpha Tech to anyone!
