Ramshaw Landscaping has done a fantastic job with my new front yard. I am so pleased with the results. Ramshaws professionalism, work ethic and honesty are greatly appreciated.
I received estimates from a number of landscaping companies and Ramshaw was the only company able to offer something that I could even remotely afford.

I was so fortunate to have found Ramshaw Landscaping through Home-stars to do a complete yard-reno of our back yard. Cliff and crew transformed it from an eye sore only good for the dogs to play in the mud to a place i look forward to having my morning coffee. Cliffs ideas and designs really got me started and appreciate how extremely patient he was with me as I finalized my decisions. So impressed with the timely and organized manner in which they compete my yard, and just before all the rain thankfully. Reno included new sod, Rundle rock beds and boarders, 3 trees, patio and pathway. Even went beyond adding a few extras for me. I loved working with Cliff and his wife Jody. They make an exceptional team and i highly recommend Ramshaw Excavating & Landscaping to anyone. TOP GUN in my books!

Cliff and Austin began the project just as snow started to fly on april 19. The day turned into a raging blizzard but they kept working all day. The next morning, they spent an hour shovelling snow before they could continue working on the deck. They complete rd the deck on day 3 and then assembled the gazebo. It was a 12 hour day. I am totally impressed with the quality of cliffs work and superb work ethic. Something you dont see too often these days.
I strongly recommend Ramshaw and Cliff for your deck project.

I had Ramshaw come to my house a couple of years back to clear out some old raised garden beds, remove an old tree stump and landscape the whole area. They did a fantastic job so I recently called them again when I needed an old set of cement steps removed. I had a very tight schedule and it was last minute but Ramshaw went out of their way to fit me in. The job was done quickly and absolutely no mess left behind. I would recommend them to anyone.

Like so many houses that were built during the 2007/2008 boom, our house comes with numerous problems.
One of our issues was the backyard. The ground never had a chance to settle, and we were left with heavily saturated soil that would not drain the water away from our house.

We contacted Ramshaw and Cliff came out to assess our backyard. Having had a couple of companies come out to assess the situation and gives us an estimate, Cliff was so much more of a pleasure to deal with. He was straight forward and honest, explained the different scenarios, and did not make me feel like I was talked down to.
Excavation began October 8, 2021 and was very well organized and efficient. Cliff and his colleague worked hand in hand, which is a rare sight these days. Everything was completed in 5 days and we could not be happier with the results.
They even helped out our elderly neighbour who had a gap in front of his garage that made access with his electronic scooter a hassle. It was filled with rock and now our neighbour can get in and out of his garage with ease.
I cannot praise Ramshaw Excavating & Landscaping enough!! Honesty, great communication, patience, no surprises, and down to earth people!! The best.

Amazing service, great work, honest, on time and very reliable! I highly recommend Ramshaw. Cost came under their estimate, they were on time and workmanship was tremendous. Repurposed asphalt - love it! And will use them again in the future for all our projects. All this in 2 days!

I can't say enough praises about Cliff and his crew. Communication, from the very start of the project, was prompt, friendly, and clear. The quote was very reasonable for the work we hoped to have done. Once they actually got to work we found the crew very pleasant to have around: my kids were entertained for days! Cliff and his crew was honest, hard-working, detail oriented and determined to deliver nothing but their best. They clearly take pride in their work and it shows. We are so thrilled to have hired Ramshaw and would, hands down, refer them to others! We feel like we hit the jackpot with this team and love the final result we are left with!

Cliff and his crew were awesome! They came in on schedule, stripped the old grass off, scraped it, laid down new sod, dug post holes, and put up a 5 food fence with a gate to keep our large dog out of the rock garden. They also laid down cedar chips, and attached chicken wire along the bottom so that the dog couldn't dig them out with his paws or nose. They loved our dog! He got so much attention from the guys and they still got the job done. They did a fantastic job on our yard, very professionally done. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for landscaping work to be done. If we could give more than 5 stars for satisfaction and recommendation, we definitely would!
