This is the 2nd time we have used Ramshaw to perform yard grading and they did another excellent job. Our garage eavestrough was tied into the drainage system that was installed the last time they were here. Also, Ramshaw replaced some unsafe stone steps leading to our patio with larger concrete based steps. Ramshaw did a great job making sure they were level and they are a pleasure to use. Ramshaw does little things like curving the steps just a little to make them more approachable. Ramshaw does a great job and I wouldn't hesitate using them for a 3rd time.

Cliff and his team did an excellent job, were friendly to work with and respectful of our property taking precautions to minimize damage during removal of the old retaining walls blocks and constructing the new walls.

I would highly recommend Ramshaw for any excavation project. There are many companies out there to choose from, but ultimately you want a company that takes pride in their work. Ramshaw's pricing was very fair when we got quotes early in the season. They set a date and were actually a few days ahead when they were able to complete the project. Cliff did our project himself, and it was evident that he was not only very skilled in what he did, but that he took great pride in his work. Project was done in 2 days. Cliff took great care in laying the sod to ensure that there were no seams. Worksite was cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Thanks to Cliff for all of his attention to detail! We are excited to get out and enjoy our new back yard!

Had them remove some flower beds and lay new pavers and sod Cliff did a very professional job and made sure there was no damage to existing grass and pavers also did some extra work and charged exactly what he had quoted would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get any landscaping work done

I hired Ramshaw to regrade the backfill on our 6 year old infill and build a pathway from our backyard to the alley way. They did an excellent job. During the initial consultation Cliff explain options that would clear the walkway on the side of the house and drain away water (i.e. installing weeping tile that connected to the drainspouts to a sump near the tree in the front yard). Additionally they installed heat tracing to eliminate any freeze up. The whole job looks beautiful and Cliff (and crew) were professionals from start to finish. Would hire them again (and again) if I had more work for them :)

Ramshaw excavated all grass and replaced with artificial turf and rock and Boulder feature. Professional and left site clean nightly.
