Seems every time I call these guys they do their utmost due diligence to be on top of any time I call them I am a service person up at Blue Mountain and look after quite a few rental properties and odd homes here and there anytime that I have called them whether it be on a weekend for an emergency or during the week they are on top of serving the community that I work with the service technicians are always respectful do their best to be able to get your furnace or AC back up and running within a 24-hour period as with anything sometimes parts need to be replaced so it does take time to get them which these guys are on top of it at any given time again whether it is a weekend or not or even a long weekend I highly recommend taking the time to give them a call and have them show you who they are from my respect I would say they are family when it comes to dealing with them now to talk about their personnel that comes around to size up if you need to replace something takes the time to take pictures of what is originally there for what space they have to use takes all of his measurements as an exorbitant amount of questions just to make sure that they are bringing in the right product for your home and your family to explain the image below that is my brand new furnace in my house the furnace that they took out was over 30 years old and they replace it with this Brand New York furnace

The technician was on time. Very clean.

I am very happy to recommend Air Source Home Comfort for any heating, air conditioning or water heater work. The guys did the installation work quickly and professionally. It was a small job, but they were interested in doing the right work to make this a successful upgrade to our basement heating system.

I called Air Source to service an older Fujitsu Ductless A/C and order hard to get remotes for it. Not only did they fix it but they got the remotes. They could have easily sold me a new unit but they acted with the utmost integrity and told me it was not needed and this one was serviceable. I highly recommend them.

We were experiencing a problem with our almost 10 year old furnace. We called Air Source as they installed a new AC for us a couple years back. They connected us within 24 hours with their technician Andrew. Andrew was very knowledgeable. He made some adjustments that have corrected the problem and saved us from having to replace the entire motor. He also helped us with the humidifer which we weren't using properly. Overall, Andrew provided excellent service to us. He was prompt, skilled at addressing the issues and communicated these well with us. We are glad we reached out to Air Source!

AIR SOURCE supplied and installed a gas insert and installed a new hot water tank. Steven and the back-end team were outstanding all along the way. The service was superb, both online, on the phone, and in person. Steven was very knowledgeable, laid out different options for me, and was very open and honest, and I truly felt he had my best interests in mind and wanted me to be happy in the end with my decision (at no point did I feel pressured to buy or close the deal, or being upsold on anything), which is truly rare to find in my (lengthy) experience working with various tradesmen and companies related to my home. AIR SOURCE exceeded my expectations all along the way, which included shipping my hot water heater to Steven's home address when I ran short on options during COVID! Paying for everything online was very slick and easy to do- the website is great, as is the back office if I needed to talk to someone over the phone. Our hot water tank died and we were without hot water. Steve's advice on a replacement helped make the choices much easier.

The Air Source team was there the next day with the new system. The installation was a little tricky, but the finished results are very neat and professional.

The prices were reasonable and the additional maintenance advice was unexpected and appreciated. I would trust the team to provide any additional services I may need.
