Caspian Development Group transformed our dark and dingy basement into a beautiful, modernized space with a guest room and 3-piece bathroom. Initially, the basement of our 1940's home was bare and layered with the issues that many older homes suffer from. Payam and his team gave us some great ideas on what could be done, while also keeping things realistic and within the limits of our budget and existing conditions/structures. CDG was courteous and professional through the process of finishing our basement project, asking for input where needed and always having time for our questions. The end result exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use CDG again.

From start to finish, we were extremely pleased with the way Caspian Development Group (CDG) went about transforming our front, side and backyard landscaping! It was a big project and we appreciated how Payam & Mahsa took care of the permits and all interactions with the city and how they (and their design team) clearly presented our vision in 2D & 3D renderings. They narrowed down materials and design element options in very organized documents with pictures and descriptions, always giving their recommendations for the best fit and finish that would help realize our vision. There was lots of effective and open communication and explanation that allowed for quick and easy trouble-shooting whenever twists and turns occurred (they always do). Payam & Mahsa were always on site as project managers and Payam was involved in all aspects and phases of the build - I appreciate when the GC is hands-on with the project. The entire Caspian crew were always polite, respectful and kept the site tidy and organized to allow us to go about our daily routines. This was our first project with CDG and we will continue to reach out to them for any future interior or exterior renovation and construction needs! Thank you CDG!

These guys at CDGC did an excellent job painting and replacing the hardwood on my main floor. They have great attention to detail, called out a couple of potential risks in the project when they gave me the estimate to minimize the surprise element for me.

Payam and team did an incredible job on our deck. They are wonderful to work with and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the project. They were able to power wash and stain our back deck and front porch in a timely manner and was extremely communicative throughout the project. Weve worked with Caspian for the last few years on a number of projects. They just finished our back deck walk-out and did a stellar job. It looks better than we could have imagined. These guys are by far the most professional, knowledgeable, cleanest, and most efficient renovation team that I have ever dealt with in a long time .... and given the nature of what I do, I have dealt with a lot of contractors.

My condo renovation cost came in under initial estimates, with no surprises, and best of all everything was completed 3 days ahead of schedule.
