In the late hours on a cold night, I had my gas line shut down by Enbridge due to a suspected gas leak, and I subsequently scrambled to look for help. Raz was able to come onsite within a few hours: he walked me through his test methods, explained patiently what he was doing and handled the work with high attention to detail. After the gas check work was done, he also helped me identify a few other issues (ventilation shaft was blocked, potential residue build up in my water boiler) and gave recommendations on next steps.

When we identified that a spare part (a ventilation cap for the boiler room) was needed, Raz said he will come back the next day and finish the job. He did just that and arrived first thing the next morning.

Again, I give Raz my highest recommendation.

Raz came to cap off my gas line. He did the soap test to show me there were no leaks. He also helped me disconnect my gas fireplace from the gas line as it was so tight, I couldn't get it undone with my tools. I thought the price was reasonable for the work done, considering he is a licensed gas fitter. He seemed like a really nice guy, would recommend.

Great service!!! Friday morning noticed the heat was out. Called and was able to scheduled same day. On top of that, it required parts replacement. And considering it's a Friday, Raz reassured me he'd have the parts before end of day. Great communication. Honest to a fault!

Raz came to our place at a moment's notice due to our slow gas leak situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable in detecting and fixing the gas leaks. He took the time to explain the process and his repairs to the external gas line. He also made sure that there were no gas leaks in the interior where the appliances were. Gave us valuable information to purchase a natural gas detector for peace of mind! I would highly recommend Raz and his company if you have any issues with gas lines for a reasonable price!
