Have had difficulty with our front entry lock for YEARS; very difficult and cumbersome to insert our key. Finally made a request for replacement - Cory responded quickly and instead of costing us a lot of money he gave me some tips to try first; if that didn’t work we’d replace. I was amazed. Saved us money - wished I had spoken To him 5yrs app! When we eventually do replace our lock I will be calling him for sure. Thanks!!!!

Cory even gifted us a couple keys for free!! They service all of the GTA so we will be calling him back as my husband has a few locks that need to be changed at his office.
