Dave was generous with his time to answer my questions, respond to messages, and do a site visit to make sure we were tackling the right tasks. He also provided some advice for my upcoming city inspection. He was flexible with his time on when to complete the job and it was done quickly and price was fair. Dave was highly responsive in all matters. I'd call him back again for future plumbing/mechanical work and would recommend him to friends and family.

I had been in discussion with another company but wasn't happy. Dave was responsive and made me much more comfortable at a better price.

The work was a replacement to drain system build when the house was built. I had several problems with the inside drains; Dave addressed them all and gave me comfort that they were really fixed this time.

Appearance doesn't mean much hidden in a ceiling area but Dave's work was clearly done with care even if no one but me will see it.

They broke up the cement and installed underground drains to new bathroom, ran all the above ground plumbing, new water lines and re routed my existing water lines to make a bulkhead smaller.
Dave was great with the entire project, was considerate of the other trades and completed the job quickly and neatly.

The repairmen David came to fix the kitchen faucet and did an incredible job doing it was very knowledgeable and helpful to fix the matter at hand his service was excellent well done.

I manage an old church building. The taps for the utility sink in the furnace room gave out requiring a change to the water supply line routing. Trident quickly and neatly rerouted the supply lines and installed the taps. Great neat work!
