Later the same morning he informed me of his availability and within 30 minutes he arrived; carried out the work in less than 1/2 hour. He also suggested where I might find other material to finish the project.

Yes, you read that correctly. It cost me zero dollars. Suddenly one fuse in my fuse box was permanently tripped. I called on a Saturday night 6:00. He returned my call within minutes and said it could be a loose wire suddenly touching something it shouldn't but that we would get to the bottom of it. Then he sent Boris, but before he arrived I figured out which plug was the culprit. I called Boris who was already on his way but he said not to worry he was glad it worked out. No hard feelings. No charge. What a Prince! I'll be calling these guys when I go to finish my basement!
